This volunteer role is a great opportunity for individuals with strong attention to detail who want to gain experience in data handling and contribute to the efficiency of WACSOF’s programs. The Volunteer Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data to support WACSOF’s projects and reporting processes.   Responsibilities:
  • Input, update, and maintain accurate records in WACSOF’s databases and spreadsheets.
  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and resolve any data-related issues.
  • Organize and categorize data to ensure easy retrieval and access.
  • Assist in generating reports and compiling data for project analysis.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure data quality and adherence to data management policies.
  • Support administrative tasks related to data entry and management.
  Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Prior experience in data entry or database management is a plus but not required.
  • Interest in supporting non-profit programs and civil society initiatives.
