Her disappearance prompted a significant mobilization of local security forces and led to increased security measures in Agadez. Nigerien authorities continue their intensified search in this strategic area, but as of now, no group has claimed responsibility for the abduction. The authorities in the Agadez region have committed to protecting the local population and humanitarian workers while intensifying efforts against armed groups operating in the area.
