Aperçu du poste:

Le FOSCAO recherche un(e) Agent Financier Volontaire, rigoureux(se) et soucieux(se) des détails, pour soutenir la gestion financière de nos projets et programmes. Ce rôle de bénévole est idéal pour une personne souhaitant acquérir des compétences en gestion financière dans le secteur non lucratif tout en contribuant à des initiatives impactantes à travers l’Afrique de l’Ouest.

Responsabilités:

  • Préparer et maintenir des rapports financiers, des budgets et suivre les dépenses des projets du FOSCAO.
  • Surveiller les budgets des projets et veiller au respect des politiques et procédures financières.
  • Soutenir la planification et la prévision financières pour divers programmes.
  • Effectuer des audits réguliers et rapprocher les comptes pour garantir leur exactitude.
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe pour préparer des rapports destinés aux parties prenantes et aux bailleurs de fonds.
  • Aider à l’administration financière générale et à la tenue des dossiers.

Exigences:

  • Compréhension de base des principes financiers, des pratiques comptables ou de la tenue de livres.
  • Grande attention aux détails et précision dans la gestion des données financières.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer son temps efficacement.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et d’autres logiciels comptables (un atout).
  • Intérêt pour la gestion financière dans le secteur non lucratif et le développement international.
  • Une expérience préalable en finance, comptabilité ou budgétisation est un atout mais n’est pas obligatoire.

Descrição do Cargo: 

O FOSCAO procura um(a) Agente Financeiro Voluntário(a), rigoroso(a) e atento(a) aos detalhes, para apoiar a gestão financeira dos nossos projetos e programas. Este cargo voluntário é ideal para quem deseja adquirir competências em gestão financeira no setor sem fins lucrativos, contribuindo para iniciativas impactantes em toda a África Ocidental. 

Responsabilidades: 

  • Preparar e manter relatórios financeiros, orçamentos e acompanhar os gastos dos projetos do FOSCAO. 
  • Monitorar orçamentos de projetos e garantir conformidade com políticas e procedimentos financeiros. 
  • Apoiar o planejamento financeiro e as previsões de diversos programas. 
  • Realizar auditorias regulares e reconciliar contas para garantir precisão financeira. 
  • Colaborar com a equipe para preparar relatórios destinados a parceiros e financiadores. 
  • Auxiliar na administração financeira geral e na manutenção de registros. 

Requisitos:

  • Conhecimento básico de princípios financeiros, práticas contábeis ou escrituração. 
  • Atenção a detalhes e precisão no manuseio de dados financeiros. 
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e gerenciar o tempo de forma eficaz. 
  • Domínio do Microsoft Excel e de outros softwares contábeis (diferencial). 
  • Interesse em gestão financeira no setor sem fins lucrativos e em desenvolvimento internacional. 
  • Experiência prévia em finanças, contabilidade ou orçamentação é uma vantagem, mas não obrigatória.
